Refunds
We accept reservation cancellations before 24 hours from the date of reservation. To be eligible for a refund, your service must be unused.
Once we receive your request and inspect the issue, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Change of Booking
If you would like to change your booking for a different service or resevation, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receved date. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the changers.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3 – 4 business days after refund is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
